My large single wrap has hardly left the fridge as it continues to keep my spinach fresh and crisp. Friends have been part of a trial of these large wraps and the feedback has been very positive. So I was eager to get into making our cotton, beeswax wraps today. Waiting to be waxed were our first Supersize Singles in unbleached calico, red gingham and a very lovely tulip design. They have turned out really well and a limited supply are waiting for our first customers. We will be introducing the new range at the Nelson Saturday Market on the 5th September at a special price (for a short time) of $14.
This large rectangular wrap will cover large casserole dishes and plates, wrap greens, cakes and loaves. When this weeks supply of spinach is eaten I will try silver beet, celery and rhubarb from my garden. Will let you know how they go!
